The room was spacious and fairly quiet, with a private bathroom. A microwave oven and a fridge were available in the kitchen.

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, the staff was particularly helpful. The bus stop was 5 minutes’ walk away.

The staff was friendly and the main areas were clean. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and great water pressure. The bed was really comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to key areas of the city. Additionally, the breakfast offered was good, providing a decent start to the day.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the check-in process was frustrating as I was unable to check in early and had to wait in line for a long time.

The location offered was decent and comfortable near to the stores, New Castle, PA, and other restaurants. The room was nicely furnished with a comfortable bed and a luxury bathroom. We had a microwave and a refrigerator.

The perfect and nice location for the price, near to New Castle, and the stores. Reasonably spacious room plus a safe box, TV set, and a microwave. Exceptionally comfortable bed, luxurious bathroom.

The king room was well maintained and contemporary. There were central heating, a personal safe, and flat-screen television provided. The location seemed comfy close to everything.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, making it convenient for visiting family or exploring the area. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, making guests feel welcome and valued. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and great showers. In the morning, guests can enjoy an excellent breakfast with a variety of options, including delicious coffee, cereal, yogurt, eggs.

The internet connection at the hotel can be difficult to connect to and painfully slow when it does connect.

location: the hotel was adjacent to the stores and other restaurants and new castle, pa. i was here for 1 day and would stay there again.

Came here for vacations, recommendable. The room was reasonably spacious and quiet and also had a bath. Amicable and outstandingly friendly staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, next to everything, it's a plus. We went out for dinner, found Ruby Tuesday, it was not too far from the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast provided was delicious. We will definitely be back in the future. we highly recommend this hotel.
